Laura is a Southern California native living in the rainy Northwest. Her native land is so apparent in her home; especially in the kitchen. She made a bright white and completely functional kitchen look absolutely effortless.
While there isn't anything particularly out of the ordinary or exceptionally sensational — this kitchen is a completely success. Its simplicity is what makes it so great and functional.
The all white cabinets and simple black trim on the edge of the countertops is such a refined element. The strategic use of black countertop appliances and wall art really plays up the subtle touches of black and breaks up the bright white. The chalkboard paint wall certainly helps add some interest as well!
