Witness the latest creation to make it into "pop" form: pizza! Each of these little balls of dough is stuffed with gooey cheese and a slice or two of pepperoni - just enough of both to tide hungry guests over until dinner. Get 'em while they're hot!
We think these pops would be particularly great for a child's birthday party, or any other party with kids in attendance. Pizza is a universal favorite, and the stick makes it easy for little hands to hold without a lot of mess or fuss.
It would also be easy to make different kinds of pizza pops to satisfy different tastes: sausage and cheese, ham and pineapple, plain cheese, and so on. Distinguishing the different fillings once the bites are baked might be tricky. Maybe a different topping sprinkled on the top of each batch?

msbetsy, I second that. This is a W. Virginia and Western Pennsylvania favorite. Nothing new here except for the stick. Also, pepperoni balls are super delicious.
