Josh's design is in keeping with Apartment Therapy's brand. Everyone put in a great deal of effort. Commendable. But the design needs to have the look of the web site. Some of the final designs are cool. Yet they could be for any brand. Josh and Beverly understood this and designed with these constraints.

Really, if you do add Joe, then add Jessica as well. I kind of think because of the comments, people have made about her design that she's now "the member's entry."

Given all the positive comments, I think Joe and Jessica (from batch 3) should both have their designs included in the final voting.

OK, folks. This is why we love community. We're adding in Jessica and Joe, because you all demanded it. Hey, maybe we'll consider making two bags if the voting gets hairy. Remember, this is all for good fun - mostly these bags will be used as give-aways, although they'll be available for sale too at a very low price.

To answer questions about design and copyrights - if any winning design includes any copy-written clip-art, we'll ask the designer to re-draw them within legal limits. We may also ask the designer to adjust colors, fonts, etc. so that they fit a bit more with the look and feel of the site.

I'd love to vote for Jessica's design (thanks for your responsiveness!), but having already voted, I now can't change my vote... I'm sure there's others who might have chosen Joe's or Jessica's if they'd been options when they first voted.

there were some really great designs for this contest...but the one I would actually use and love is JESSICA'S...please add hers!!....
