A wise bartender at Franny's introduced us to Lambrusco a few summers back. Since then, we've served Lambrusco at home with grilled meats and were surprised by how well it went with chicken parm.
What do you think? Can Lambrusco bump rosé off the top of the summer wine charts? Have you served Lambrusco at home lately?
