Kitchen Tour: Devorah and Larry Combine Forces

devorahlg1.jpg Larry is much more comfortable designing kitchens while Devorah loves to cook in them. Since becoming proud parents ten-weeks ago, however, Larry has had to learn to take a more active role in the cooking department.

Recently married, they moved into this house in the Valley in Los Angeles a few months ago. Together, they have figured out a way to serve each of their rather divergent tastes and food group preferences. Together, they have created a beautiful place to prepare and eat delicious food.

The incredibly generous climate made it possible for Devorah to plant a vegetable garden in May and for them to eat and reap the benefits through this week! In addition the back and front yards are dotted with beautiful and overflowing fruit trees. Instant self-sufficiency!

The kitchen is somewhat retro but new to them. After minor adjustments such as new appliances and a storage system that is both tidy and practical, Larry and Devorah have come to appreciate and even adore the quaint qualities of their inherited kitchen.
