Veronica Chan lives a very uncluttered life in Long Island City and although her space is small, her kitchen is smaller. In a tiny space she is still able to pack in beautiful cabinets, useful appliances and family memories. It's a great space to cook and create wonderful dishes for family and friends!This kitchen would technically classify as a galley style kitchen, but it doesn't feel as narrow or long as some. The blue tile at the end of the space lightens things up and puts a little sparkle in your eye. By day Veronica is the Director of Digital Strategy for a food start-up company named Gojee (which isn't quite off the ground yet, but stay tuned), and by night writes the ever fun food blog, World To Table.
The counterpart to this small kitchen is an amazing rooftop garden that's plays host to all sorts of summer vegetables and even a pear and a peach tree! Although her space might feel sparse, we think it's full of light and all sorts of entertaining possibilities. Make sure to take the full tour!
