Kristen and Michelle's lovely Austin home just went up on Apartment Therapy this afternoon, and you don't want to miss it. Their kitchen has soft honey-colored walls, gorgeous bright blue cabinets, and a vintage 1950s O'Keefe & Merritt stove.

Admittedly, the couple is not a fan of everything in the kitchen: "We really hate the tile and the grout in the kitchen and bathroom. It was here when we purchased the home. And, since this wasn’t our forever home we decided against replacing it. But it’s horrible. I put 2 rugs in each room to cover it up. Which actually turned out to be very 1950’s for the kitchen. I like to say I did that on purpose with my vast knowledge of the era."

The rugs are from IKEA and Target.

The gorgeous blue color is "Lucerne" by Benjamin Moore.

The countertop is butcher block from IKEA, sanded and stained with General Finishes Golden Oak then set with Waterlox Seal.
