A kitchen with a vintage Wedgewood stove — well, you know I'm sold already. They seem to be somewhat of a staple on the West Coast and it's a trend I've taken note of since moving here merely a week ago. Let's just say that Kathleen & Bradford's kitchen has a lot more to offer than just that!
The white walls and black cabinets balance each other so perfectly you would think the couple were professional designers. It's quite interesting how well the modern cabinets and drawer pulls work with the vintage Wedgewood stove. On paper it would seem that the contrast would be too great but in actuality — it's rather perfect.
The lack of artwork is well played because the stark white walls are much needed because of the accessories and tools on the countertops and corner shelving. This is minimal meets functional.
