Last night the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) held their annual awards honoring the best in food writing, food photography, cookbooks, and everything else within the "myriad aspects of the culinary industry." New this year were awards for New Media & Broadcast, including best culinary audio and visual programming, best food website, and best culinary blog.

Cookbook of the Year: Tasting India by Christine Manfield
The Design Award and Professional Kitchens: Modernist Cuisine
Best Food Photography and Styling: The Art of Pasta by Lucio Galletto
Literary Food Writing: The Table Comes First by Adam Gopnik
Best Culinary Product or Brand Website: Gilt Taste
