The U.S. Postal Service is making us hungry! Last week they released a new line of Forever Stamps featuring five prominent chefs who had a major impact on American cuisine.
James Beard and Julia Child are givens, but who else made the cut?
The other three honorees are Edna Lewis (a.k.a. "the Grande Dame of Southern Cooking"), Joyce Chen who specialized in Chinese food, and Felipe Rojas-Lombardi who had a huge influence on American tapas.
Will you be picking up these chef stamps the next time you're at the post office?
