I want to grill some more chicken marinated with this dressing

I'm having a tea party in August for my mom's bithday. I want to serve finger sandwiches, but have not had a decent one since I left Boston.
Is there a SECRET to making a really GOOD finger sandwich?? Can anyone give me details to making them.

visiting family in seattle. hopefully they'll put something on the grill :)

We're planning on grilling:

Mini burgers
marinated chicken
carne asada
grilled corn in husk
yellow squash and zuchinni
hot dogs and sausages
oysters

Does anyone have any suggestions of keeping the flies away? I have citronella but it only works for mosquitos and the yellow jackets that I have seen.

For flies, our old fashioned remedy is to use clear plastic bags with water in them, hung so one of the corners point down mimicking a hornet's nest shape (I hope that makes sense).
