Hello, readers! We spend a lot of time here at The Kitchn on our readers' good questions and requests, but this week we're devoting every single post to topics specifically requested by our readers. It's a bit of an experiment, and we hope that you play along with us and our loyal readers (and commenters) and see what can find in our readers' requests this week. We pulled our post topics from our readers' requests here and here; we'll do as much as we can with your requests, including pulling up some posts from our archives that have already answered questions you're asking now.
So, welcome to Reader Request Week — we appreciate you all so much! Come along with us...

More vegetarian and vegan recipes!
Please post some Thai curry recipes!! Especially interested in learning how to make my favorite- green curry.
I love Kitchn so very much but I've been surprised at the string of posts just on alcohol. Could we see more posts on every day summer drinks? You guys have such innovative ideas. Rhubarb in drinks, I loved that!
Is there any way for your guys to mark reposts as such in the header? Thanks!
@Emmi, last week was Cocktail Week on The Kitchn, which is why you saw so many alcohol drink posts.
@Cambria Bold AH, that's what I get for not paying attention, LOL! Thanks for the info. ;) Anyway, keep it up with the awesome summer drinks. Can I also vote for more tapas and side dishes? Love those.
I am a recent convert to vegan-ism, but a long time lover of The Kitchn! Thanks for the couple of recipes in this list that are vegan or can be adapted to it. Maybe more of those?
I would love to see something about stealth food growing! I live in a tiny 1949 condo. The garden is shared property. You'd think that, being in Florida, there'd be avocado trees, mango trees, a lemon tree, a banana tree and so on but no. I want to grow food! But the condo board would definitely object if I dug up the lawns to plant potatoes.
I have herbs and scallions growing in the square yard that's mine outside the kitchen door. I've hidden some herbs around the garden too. I've planted nasturtium seeds because the leaves are so good in salad. Is it true that Morning Glory leaves are too? (I'm disguising food as flowers) I'd love a tomato plant but I'm not sure I'd get away with that.
I would LOVE ideas for stealth gardening!
I would love to see more vegetarian and fish recipes. We're trying to eat more fish at my house, so some recipe inspiration would be much appreciated!
I am moving into a new house this weekend. What should be in my Open First Box?
@Amaranta maybe if you ask the condo board to let you set up a small raised garden bed in the corner for a nice herb and offer to share, if you make it look nice you never know, maybe they'll let you expand. Container gardening is great because you can do it almost anywhere. AT: I won't vote again but I do want to second this post idea, for those of us who live in the suburbs with polluted soil! Posts on raised garden beds and the easiest veggies to container grow? We almost bought a strawberry plant but I was skeptical that it would live.
I would love to see salsa variations. I make basic salsa well, I want more ideas. Also dessert ideas with less sugar. Thanks for helping me.
I'd love to see some ideas for kitchen organization.
Not so much a one-week thing, it's more a request for an ongoing thing... I live in Australia, and our seasons, of course, are opposite to North America's. Would it be possible, maybe once a week or something, to do a round-up of posts to fit southern hemisphere seasons? Even if they're just pulled from posts six months ago!
It's just kind of depressing being shivering and freezing cold and seeing article after article on fresh, light spring or summer foods!
