Yay Pi Day! I made possibly the easiest pie I have ever tried this weekend--coconut custard. Six ingredients, stupid simple, very tasty. Much easier (and tastes a lot better) than doing trig!
Savory pies are my favorite thing! I make them probably once a week, at least. Big, small, double-crusted, galettes, tarts, quiches...
