I was recently at a restaurant and had a really nice warm white chocolate brownie. I tried making it at home but it doesn't seem to have that same fudgy texture as a regular chocolate brownie does. I've made several attempts thinking that I might have done something wrong. It always end up being a sort of cake that is not as cakey.
So my question is, can white chocolate brownies ever be as fudgy as regular chocolate brownies?

J, this is an interesting question. We've never tried white chocolate brownies, but we're intrigued now. Readers, what has been your experience with white chocolate brownies? Do you have a good recipe for them? (The recipe pictured above is from Better Homes & Gardens
