If You're Not Slurping Your Ramen, You're Doing it Wrong

You already know that etiquette dictates that it's okay to slurp your ramen noodles, but do you know why?

Turns out, it actually makes the ramen taste better, too. Lifehacker has rundown on just why it makes a difference if you slurp.

There are two key reasons. First, slurping helps cool off the noodles to prevent you from burning your mouth. And second, it "aerates" the noodles allowing the flavors to mix and meld fully.
