Q: I am kickstarting 2014 with a healthy eating challenge that restricts the use of all added sugar. This eliminates most salads, as many dressings need a pinch of honey, maple syrup, or just plain old sugar. What are some good recipes for dressings or salads that don't use added sugar?

Or what is a good substitute for "added sugar" in salad dressings?
