Q: I have a friend who just gave birth to a baby boy last week. I'd like to bring her and her husband dinner this week. Trouble is, she is vegetarian, and he is gluten-free, so I'm a bit at a loss as to what I could make. Any recommendations for something that fits both of those requirements and can also be easily reheated? Thanks!
