We love this cute summertime dessert from Cookie. It's a watermelon, shaped easily out of a couple different kinds of ice cream.

Those fritters are calling me.

I hate to say this, but I remember Martha (who?) doing a watermelon ice cream cake/bombe a LONG long time ago... http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/watermelon-bombe
Still, it looks tasty!
Am I the only one who's been eating those Watermelon Rolls from Friendly's?????

MiniEnglishRose, my first thought was also the watermelon rolls from Friendly's. I think I tried it for the first time back in 1994. This idea has clearly been around for a long time ... and for good reason!
I really want those cookie cutters but the £90 shipping fee is ridiculous. The price of one cookie cutter to get shipped to the US from this UK shop would be close to £100!
