Q: I'm planning to serve pulled pork and fried chicken for a wedding reception for 200 people. Will 50 pounds of pork butt and 150 pieces of chicken be enough? We're also having green beans, baked beans, potatoes salad, pasta salad, and cheesy potatoes.
