I am thinking of making the turkey gravy that was posted at The New York Times
. Could you tell me if it will keep for three days in the fridge?
Sent by SallieEditor: Sallie, my experience has been that gravy is really only good for one or two days in the fridge. I find definite off flavors after that. But you can freeze it! Freeze just after making it, and then rewarm gently, whisking to smooth out any separation.
