Q: My school sells these muffins that have crunchy tops and this amazing, fluffy but chewy texture. Every muffin I've ever made is light and cakey, not this unique chewy texture. It's almost brownie-like in its chewiness, but still light, not dense like an actual brownie. Any ideas on how to recreate this muffin?
