A friend of mine loves Edy's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream, but she doesn't live in the U.S. Has anyone re-created it or have any ideas on what ingredients to use? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
Sent by HeidiEditor: I'd start with one of these recipes for the ice cream base, and then add either chopped peanut butter cups or mini peanut butter cups (I buy them at Trader Joe's!). You could also swirl some plain peanut butter into the ice cream base for extra peanut butter fun!
