I recently purchased a case of California peaches. While the peaches have a nice texture, they have little flavor. Does anyone have some good ideas or recipes that could boost the flavor?

Editor: I feel your pain! Sad peaches are so very disappointing. I'd suggest grilling or roasting them to caramelize their sugars or poaching them in simple syrup:
