Q: My husband and I love all kinds of hot sauces, so we always have several different kinds in the refrigerator. There is one, however, that always grows mold within a few days: harissa.
The first time I stored it in the original can, covered with plastic wrap. Okay, rookie mistake. But the second time I put it in a glass jar and covered it with olive oil... only to discover it covered in mold again. What am I doing wrong?
