Q: I recently made my usual banana bread muffins and noticed that all the chopped nuts and dried cranberries sank to the bottom. I folded the nuts and fruit into the batter just before spooning them into muffin tray. Any tips for keeping the "good stuff" from sinking in cakes, muffins and breads?
