We just spied these combo cutters at a craft store, and we're curious what you think. They are ostensibly for cutting shaped pieces out of brownies with a minimum of waste scraps, but we also think they would be great for getting more cookies out of our cookie dough. What do you think?
They seem well-suited to a brownie pan, with their square corners; our sheets of rolled cookie dough tend to be more, um, ovoid. But still, if you're making a big batch of shortbread or sugar cookies, these might be a great time saving cookie cutter.
