Honey Ridge Farms is a family business in Washington that produces some delicious honey products, including these creamed honeys. I mentioned their spiced creamed honey a couple years ago, and I just had to also show you this newer product: Lemon creamed honey. It's tangy and creamy, almost like lemon curd (but without the eggs and dairy). Amazingly good on toast!
