Straw Mat from The ...

I made a big batch of Pam Corbin's homemade bouillon last year, and have just bought the celeriac and leeks to do a repeat performance this weekend.
It is easy, and it's good. Pam makes the point that even good shop-bought bouillon like Marigold tends to give a uniformity of taste to whatever it is used in. This tastes fresh and adds a lot of depth, and I can really recommend it.
I have to recommend against the Anthropologie measuring spoons. I bought similar china measuring cups and spoons from there last year and found them cute but impractical. They are not precise and they chip and break easily. Decorative, yes. Worth the money, no.
