I love love love thinly sliced and grilled zucchini, eggplant and spears of asparagus with a bit of olive oil, salt, ground pepper and a splash of balsamic vinegar reduction. Another favorite is simply grilled fish & shellfish - calamari and/or cuttlefish are my faves drizzled with olive oil, salt, ground pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. So satisfying.

I love to make sandwiches and panini

shizkabob (steak, vidalia onions and red peppers). Not sure if it is spelled correctly but it is my favorite.

Grilled shrimp is my favorite, but I also like grilled fish.

I've always wanted a Panini maker because I'm vegetarian and I eat a lot of veggies and there's not a whole lot of variety with just veggies. A Panini maker would give me one more way to spice up my veggies. If I win, the first thing I'll make is a grilled vegetable and mozzarella panini. And then my mom will take it so she can have a Rueben!
