Herbed Ice Cream, Fried Capers, and Pasta with Mint Pesto

Summer seems to bring out the sweets! Last week's recipes included two different ice creams, plus two ways to make fruit into a dessert. But we had some more substantial recipes too: a red pepper frittata, pasta with mint pesto, and a couple cocktails were on the menu too.
