Q: I have a "summer room" that we fondly call the closet. It has electricity, but no running water (though there's water outside nearby). I am planning to set up a mini-kitchen in the room for weekend meals and snacks. I'd love to hear ideas about how to set up this space!
The space is about 10-feet x10-feet with the main entrance in the middle of one wall and a window on a side wall. I would like to include a high top bistro table for eating. For the kitchen part, I have been thinking about electric appliances, a butcher block counter top from Ikea and an Igloo cooler for a wash basin. What other great tools, appliances and ideas would take my mini-kitchen from bare bones to super weekend hangout?
