Q: I'm planning an Asian-themed dinner party for 10 people in mid September and was planning on making Momofuku Bo Ssam (a delicious slow-roasted pork butt) and serving family-style with lots of funky sides. But I just found out that one of my party guests does not eat pork, so now the Bo Ssam is off the table.
My second thought was to make ramen, but the logistics of serving/eating would be difficult — we will be eating around my living room because I don't have a large-enough table to seat us all, and holding hot bowls of ramen wouldn't be fun. So, anyone have a good family-style Asian-inspired dish I could make as a main course? I'm stumped. Thanks!

Editor: Rebecca, what about a DIY spring roll bar, with lots of fillings so everyone can make their own?
Readers, what else would you suggest?
