Help! I Broke a Finger. What Can I Cook?

Good Questions

Q: I broke my small finger and now I have three fingers taped together. This, as you can imagine, makes it difficult to cook for me.

I would like to ask if there are any "easy" recipes that can be prepared with one hand if possible.

One additional piece of advice is to have a good pair of kitchen shears handy. You can use these one-handed, and they can do a lot of the work of a kitchen knife.

Readers, any thoughts?
