Q: Tried to make home-made mayo today via Alton Brown — major fail. Very liquidy no matter how much I whisk.
Any idea on what I can do with the disaster leftover?

And if that fails, well, try whisking in a few more whole eggs and some herbs and baking the whole thing as a frittata.
