Q: Today's question is from me! I'll be participating in a holiday breakfast potluck hosted by my school's nutrition and food science club and I'm looking for some ideas for healthy, make-ahead breakfast recipes that will taste good at room temperature. Any suggestions?
The meeting takes place early in the morning, so I'd like a recipe that can be made the night before and baked or reheated in the morning. Once at school, I won't be able to warm up my dish, so it should be something that tastes good at room temperature. And I have a feeling there will be a lot of muffins, scones and other baked goods, so it might be fun to do something a little different.
