Black rice pudding = true love.
I made this Spicy Pumpkin Soup with Toasted Cumin Crema for a recent Halloween party. The recipe does contain a little bit of heavy cream, but all in all it is a pretty healthy dish. The spices give it a light and bright taste and the consistency is smooth, but not heavy.
I'll have to agree, that Black Rice Pudding looks good.
