- Fry up a couple cloves of garlic until golden brown (add more if you are a garlic fiend)
- Stir fry your rice with a little oil (wok recommended)
- Fry two eggs (you could also scramble them, if preferred) and place on top of a bowl of fried rice
- Garnish with the fried garlic, rice wine vinegar (we like A LOT of it and use Datu Puti "Sukang Maasim" spiced white vinegar which combines distilled vinegar, water, onion, hot pepper and garlic; we've also made our own simpler version with just hot peppers and vinegar), and salt to taste
Although not especially healthy, it is incredibly delicious, inexpensive, and simple for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Anyone else a fan?
