Q: I'm hosting my first Thanksgiving this year and I'm considering getting a 3-tier adjustable oven rack — something like this:
I would use it to reheat dishes I'd made the day before, like the stuffing and a few casseroles. I'm guessing that if you crowd up the oven this much, then everything will just take that much longer to cook and it would be better to put them in the oven sequentially, but I wanted to hear other readers' thoughts. Thanks!
