Happy Labor Day from The Kitchn!

Happy Labor Day from The Kitchn! This is a holiday that has been around since 1882, when the Central Labor Union of New York City decided it would be good to create "a day off for the working citizens." So, with the exception of a few goodies (two new recipes for you, coming right up!) we working citizens are taking a day off — are you?

As upstanding working citizens we do appreciate the extra time to, well, get some more work done! Are you doing any cooking on your Labor Day off?

See you Tuesday!
