One of my lunchtime favorites is the wrap: it a great way to mix up your salad routine and
it makes a delicious and portable lunch!
Our garden is overflowing with lettuce right now and I've quickly grown sick of simple green salads, so sandwich wraps are a great way to stuff in some greens without relying on a big bowl of lettuce for lunch. You can take sandwich wraps on the go, which makes them perfect for the office or out on a weekend picnic or hike. The nice thing about wraps, too, is their versatility: you can pretty much stuff a tortilla or flatbread with anything that sounds delicious to you and call it lunch.
Here are a few of my favorites from The Kitchn archives. While captured throughout the years, I think each are timeless in their own way.
