Whether you spook it up for a Halloween party or keep it simple for an autumn get-together, festive fall table decor doesn't get any easier than this: a pumpkin cooler!
You can probably already tell the basics of how this works — just cut off the top of a pumpkin, fill with ice, and pop in a few bottles of booze. However, Martha actually recommends going one step further and inserting a plastic or glass punch bowl to keep the pumpkin from becoming waterlogged. If the pumpkin opening is too small for the bowl, shave the inside with a spoon until it'll fit.
Have you ever used a pumpkin as a cooler?
