Grill Tonight: Baby Artichokes With Caper-Mint Sauce

We talked about how grilled artichokes are one of the best conversation foods we know; sitting with a friend on a warm night, peeling and scraping delicious artichoke flesh off the spiky leaves one by one, gives time and space to relax together and enjoy our conversation.

So we have been looking for a good recipe for grilled artichokes and this one popped out at us. We usually eat grilled artichokes with a remoulade, but this sauce made with capers and mint looks just as delicious and a little different.
