If you've hung around this blog long at all, you should know that we are big sweet potato fans. They're a minor obsession around here; we've eaten them for breakfast, for dessert, with caramelized onions, and roasted-spicy. Now add grilled to that list, and you've got our grill recipe of the day. That hunk of tuna doesn't hurt either! We're loving the idea of sweet potatoes on the grill - has anyone tried it?
