These French ranges are sooo beautiful, they can make a kitchen. The design, the performance, the colors! What's not to love? In the gallery above, see a few models in real kitchens, then take a look at some of our picks after the jump:
The second pic up top is from our very own Greg's Gorgeous Renovated Kitchen. We've always admired this kitchen, with breathtaking architecture that's complimented perfectly by a Lacanche range.
The last image in the gallery above is of a kitchen complete with cabinetry designed by French range maker La Cornue. The company has recognized the love of their aesthetic and has put it into a line of cabinetry that matches their ranges.
A few of our favorite picks for French ranges are pictured below. One's a giant (we can dream, right?) and the rest would definitely be suitable for an apartment or small home kitchen:
At right, the Fontenay by Lacanche is a big daddy with a big price tag of around $11,000. We love it in this vivid yellow and it would provide more than enough room for professional cooking at home.
The Rully, also by Lacanche, is pictured at left. It's a smaller range and comes in at around $7,000.
There's also a whole line of La Cornue's ranges available for easy purchase in the U.S. at Williams-Sonoma. At right is the CornuFé by La Cornue, available at Williams-Sonoma for $8,600.
As an alternative to the full ranges, we also like the Marengo cooktop by French manufacturer Morice, at left. Also don't forget E. Caumartin, another maker of gorgeous ranges directly from France.
