Q: I'm trying to eat more greens, and the best way I've found to do so is to make a big batch ahead of time and eat them with my lunch at work. I really like this kale salad featured on Design Sponge. Do you have any suggestions for other make-ahead, green-heavy salads? Sent by Naomi
