I'm currently putting together this year's Christmas menu, and I still need a starter. I want to make something with fish — only fish, no scampi, scallops or the like since my mum is allergic. I'm looking for something other than the good old smoked-salmon-something, too.
Can you point me in the direction of some elegant, and perhaps a little special recipes?
