I am hoping to take on ravioli making this fall and winter and I have a question. For those of you who have successfully made ravioli, do you prefer using a ravioli stamp or a ravioli maker mold/tray thingy?
I'd prefer to just get one or the other for now and I'd like to choose the one that is most likely to help me be successful in this endeavor.
