My apartment building is undertaking some big repair work, and will be temporarily demolishing the main workspace and storage in my already tiny kitchen. For the next month, I'll be cooking with just a stove, a sink, and about 1 square foot of counter space. I'll have to pack up most of my pots, pans, and appliances due to lack of storage.
I'm an avid home cook, and at a bit of a loss for how to deal. Do readers have any tips for cooking in extra small spaces, and with limited tools?
