Q: I know there are lots of ways to turn a baked potato into a meal, but I am looking for ways to turn a baked sweet potato into a meal.
Any suggestions for toppings that would add some protein?

Editor: Melissa, we love sweet potatoes with walnuts and maple syrup for breakfast, and with bacon and yogurt for lunch. Black beans are also a great topping.
