Q: Do I ever need your help! I'm not much of an entertainer, and my husband wants to have some of his buddies and their families over for dinner. That'll be over 20 people and we don't have seating for that many.
What menu would you suggest for families that doesn't need to eaten with two hands that a not-so-confident-hostess could whip up? Thanks so much!

Editor: Jean, yes, best avoid anything saucy or soupy! How about calzones (see calzones for dinner, with a big green salad and cookies and ice cream to follow? Easy to eat!
Readers, what would you suggest?
